There are two options:

Your tutor may have provided you with a class username and password. Please check the instructions they have provided. If you cannot find this information, please contact your tutor directly.
You have an individual account, in which case your username is your student email address. You will have set a password for your Birley Place account and this might be different to you usual university password. If you have forgetten your Birley Place password, you can reset it on the login screen by selecting 'forgetten your password?'.

If you are experiencing technical issues with the Birley Place website, please use the contact form giving details of your problem.

Please use the contact form giving your student ID number, the name of your course, and your year of study and we’ll get back to you.

Students and staff from Manchester Met can also use the TELA Assist Portal to log a ticket.
